Budget & transparency
Your assessments maintain what we share — the lake, common areas, gates, and streets. This page will carry the adopted budget, actual spending, and financial documents, updated by the board.
How the budget process works
- The board adopts a budget annually. It takes effect unless 51% of owners disapprove within 45 days of notice — so every owner has a real review window.CC&Rs §7.2(d)
- Owners can inspect the books. Association records are available to owners on request, honored within 30 days.CC&Rs §5.5
- Delinquent assessments have real consequences — including suspension of recreational-facility access.CC&Rs §9.4(a), §8.8
