Our centerpiece — enjoyed carefully
The lake
The lake is why The Pier exists: a private lake with a shared beach, children's play area, aqua park, cable wake system, and paddle-friendly water. It's also open water — and open water demands respect. Know the rules, watch your kids, and help us keep it safe.
Lake rules
- No lifeguard — ever. Swimming and lake activities are at your own risk. Adults are responsible for actively supervising their children at all times. Open water is not a swimming pool.

- Residents and accompanied guests only. The lake is a private recreational facility for the community.
- Life jackets strongly encouraged for children and non-strong swimmers, and for all paddle-craft users.
- Lake access may be suspended for owners with unpaid assessments.CC&Rs §9.4(a)
Lake use waiver — coming soon. The Association will require a signed release before lake use, as authorized by CC&Rs §9.4(c). The waiver is being prepared with the Association's attorney and will be signable on this site once finalized.
